Need help with a score?

If it is just another pair of eyes looking at your music thenn post it here and one of the members might just be able to help. If you have had help then you might like to record if the forum was of some help.

Well I have a question - feel free to sort this into the appropriate thread.

Whereas there seem to be numerous books on orchestration, I can't think of any really good reference book for writing/arranging for concert band. Does anyone know of a really outstanding resource for writing and arranging for concert band?

If you do not find one(I have had a look and cannot find one) I have had many years of experience of writing/arranging for the medium. I can send you some example scores for you to check my pedigree. All I would ask would be a donation then you would get unlimited help for a year!!

I know this post is nearly one year old.

There is a good book which became something like a standard.

"Arranging for Concertband" by Frank Erickson (Advanced Muisc)

It comes along with a workbook and a lot of exsamples.
