Upgrading from OS X 10.9.5 with Sibelius 7.5.1

I have an Apple Powerbook Pro with OS X 10.9.5 on it. I have not upgraded from that format for years, because I was told the upgrade after that was not compatible with my Sibelius 7.5.1. Since that time there have been numerous upgrades to the OS X, but every day, I click "Ask me again tomorrow" and have been doing this for well over a year. Is the latest version of OS X (Sierra) compatible with Sibelius 7.5.1?

Not sure if you have read this but the official line was. "In summary, Sibelius 8.4.2 is supported on Sierra. Versions of Sibelius such as 7.5.1 and earlier should run but are not officially supported, and will not be updated further."
