Upgrade from 7 to 7.5 - worth doing?

Hi Folks,

I notice that the upgrade in UK prices from Sib 7.1.3 to Sib 7.5.1 is now 5p less than £40.

Is it worth doing? What useful improvements would I get for my money? (or features that others find useful...)
