Hello everybody,

I would like you to vote on the Sibelius Feedback Communitiy Page.

Until now there are only 156 registered users voting. This is far away from the number of Sibelius users.

I would like to ask you to take a few minutes to view the requests and vote for the ones when you can see a benefit for all kind of users, not only for you.
Sibelius is used by all sort of musicians and engravers. There are composers, teachers, engravers, musicicans and publisher, - all with their special needs and tasks to fullfill their job.

I am writing this lines being that there are some (a few) users with very community-unlike behaviour.

If you agree then vote, - if not then just lease the request alone.
Also reading the request may help to remember things where one has struggled or were facing difficulties. So any new request is more than welcomed.

Please show Avid that the communtity is still alive and cares about the software. I for myself can say I have taken the chance, have done everything I could do to improve the software, no matter what the feature brings.

I have voted on quite a few things. To me it seems they are going to come up with a major update and want to incorporate as many requests from the users. I don't doubt that they will also have approached the major league writers and publishers already. Bearing in mind that anything from Steinburg might be a while in the making this could be a good idea to get Sibelius to where it's users want it to be.

So why not go and have a look and cast a vote?

Well, I looked, but not at everything. Incredibly slow connection, as usual. All of the suggestions seem to have merit, but I will not use any if they are implemented. Any upgrade would require me to replace my computer, which I do intend to do.

Going against the grain, I think Sibelius should stick to notation and end their efforts at being an audio player.
