Interesting chart.  But I expect with a different group of composers there would be a significant deviation.

I have often heard that pianists prefer as many black keys as possible, but the composers generally don't seem to share that opinion. I don't.  But my music is beginning to drift in that direction. I prefer playing in E flat maj because for the pop music of the period when I was active, it fit the fingers nicely.  However, I am fond of A minor, probably because of the Grieg and Schumann concertos.

I expect to find your next study interesting, so hop to it!

Aside:  I am now on Sound Cloud, with 44 organ works posted, another 60 will be uploaded in the next few days.  I have been on the cloud for about 3 days.  I signed up in part because you have been using it for a while, and you seem to have no significant issues and it works when I listen to it.    I am already maxed out, and must upgrade before I can post more.
