I don't think anonymous entries will work. Isn't the basic idea to post a link to a score that's already available online (Score Exchange or whatever)?

Yes, It won't be anonymous. This gives us the option of using pieces we have already posted for dissection.

Another week later I will start an online survey so we can vote for the entries.

End of year concert was last Friday evening. Just about recovered, so I'm playing catch-up here.

Question: has the closing date passed; have I missed the train?

If I am not too late, I understand the following:

- anything goes. My entry would be a capella/choral
- an entry on Score Exchange, presumably with MP3 is OK

I am missing a link for submission of entry - help, please.

Silly question, but should Ed's "59,620 Years (The Return of Mars)" piece be called "59,619 Years (The Return of Mars)", given that there is no Year 0 (we go immediately from 1 BC to 1 AD (or from 1 BCE to 1 CE in non-religious parlance).

Not listened to it yet though, so maybe it will be like Satie's famous comment about whether he liked the first movement of Debussy's La Mer...

I will get about submitting it later today. It's already almost 2 am here, and what with the first real summer's day, it has been impossible to be indoors. Whoever thought a barbecue could last 12 hours +. Perhaps the proximity of the vineyards had something to do with that.
